Wasn't the entire point of RNG to make certain not a lot of players obtain their Atma/Animus within the 3 month time frame before 2.3 hits.

RNG itself never favored those who are dedicated nor skilled because no matter how dedicated or skilled you are the RNG will only favors those who are fotunate enough to win the RNG game.

Skills mean nothing against RNG and Dedication is just the amount of times you spent trying to beat the RNG Game.

this is right in the fact the majority hates the atma animus quest line so yes it's changing.

it's wrong in saying lazy, has nothing to do with being lazy. just because someone puts 6 hoops in front of you to jump through doesn't mean you're lazy for not doing the tasks.

Laziness has nothing to do with it, it is pure luck. Grats on having gotten it spending less time than others, but it doesn't give you the priviilage of accusing others less fortunate of being lazy.

Given the 2.25 letter, they need to flush out their intent behind the relic weapons. Are they intended to be acquired quickly? Are they intended to be acquired by everyone, regardless of raid status, by these patch releases? Etc
