Am I the only person who has never, and I mean NEVER, had a problem with lag? I mean, I'm not saying my hamster controls my internet connection but I don't have anything crazy like FIOS or that google stuff.

so many factors for lagg tho.
theres modem lagg, router lagg, cable lagg, wifi lagg/delay, monitor (screen) lagg/delay, graphics lagg/delay from to high or bad settings or drivers or even motherboard issues southboard drivers e.t.c., gamepad lagg depending on driver. Keyboard lagg/delay not really its just some when you push to many buttons. then isp lagg, then internet lagg due to the routing of the information coming to you, then server lagg, then server isp lagg. Not to forget O/S issues & firewall issues causing delay, spikes, cut offs.
If you have all those factors right & never had lagg good for you.
I myself have all those factors right Excpet the one beyond my control:
Lagg from the server to myself as well as spikes & flux. This game has been a terrrible experiance due to it. Even Square Enix customer support & there "specialist division" werent impressed when i showed them everything.
Even with VPN/GPN/Server Chaining is still not good. But hey i'll make the best of it until i leave.
Werid thing is is the same lagg for everything for JP Data centre & NA data centre. no difference in what laggs & where.

Don't forget the, I can't dodge on this fight but lag is such a common excuse I will blame it on lag lag.so many factors for lagg tho.

and those without 300ms latency can just keep their opinions on the subject to themselves. They have no clue at all what some of us are up against day in and day out. I have no doubt that if they were the ones facing this truth, that some content was simply out of their reach - period - due to no fault of their own, they would be the first in line crying like babies over it.
SE can fix this, they choose not to. The fact they are losing customers over an MMO without a level playing field is hardly surprising.

Why is this thread bumped. Why. Why more negativity. This guy is long gone why does anyone care.
