I didn't bludgeon anyone. And yeah, cod takes a lot more skill. Sorry. It's solo, I don't rely on 7 other people in cod. And yeah, cod 32 people online, no one lags, no one is disadvantaged. People die in 1/64th of a second. Ffxiv you run one dungeon for 30 hrs and get "gear." I do something for 30 hours I get around 1850 before taxes. Sorry you feel you have to be good in life by playing a video game. People keep treating these threads like a joke, but we've seen enough of them by now to know that a fair few people are leaving. If this many people are announcing it, imagine how many aren't!

Now, I've already "quit" once. I stopped playing back in.. some time between November and January, I honestly don't remember. I was tired of farming dungeons, I had beaten T1-4 and it was clear I couldn't find a competent group for T5. I had beaten all 3 Ex Primals a few times.

Coming back, I find there is still nothing to do. Everybody is too busy farming Myth or FATEs to do anything. There's nothing in the Party Finder and it takes an hour or more to form your own group. The groups you do get fail because not many of the good players play anymore, or they only log on for Second Coils. I'm honestly thinking of quitting again, at least until 2.4 where there is a decent amount of content I'll be able to do with people who have hopefully gotten better. Because lately I just log on, do my roulettes, hang around looking in the Party Finder for an Ex Primal or something, then log off, and that is boring as hell.

From the way SE is doing things, its almost like they want us to be playing multiple MMOs at once when they should be doing everything they can to get everybody playing this one, for as long as possible. And no, making things require 500k myth tomes doesn't really count.

If people deem 90% of this stuff "worthless" or "boring", that's not SE's fault. You are choosing to eliminate the majority of the game
based on your own personal opinion of said content. SE can't force people to do all of it, that's on the individual.

Give me a break with this "there's nothing to do in game, damn you SE!". You need to look in the mirror to see who's fault that really is.

You say we've seen enough.... So... Like maybe 50-100 that amounts to almost nothing in the amount that are currently playing. Cuz you know, the people who come on the forums are a huge percentage of the actual game lol. Go browse any game forum and you'll find peoples "I'm leaving because this and the devs/makers/god/andallofyou *need to know because I'm important" threads. Hell it doesn't even have to be the games official forums and you'll find it. Lol. It's not game ending or horrible by any means
