    my fc has had a large house on a legacy server for a while now. they ran treasure maps or something, I don't really care about housing stuff.

    For a large FC house, it is expected size is roughly 100+ If each person donated 100k that's 10mil right off the bat. It's also something to get over time. Our free company just got ours a weekish ago and we just took our time with a size of 100+ active members in all timezones (international FC). 1%? Anyone can do it if ya tried, heck you get 250k+ just by doing the main storyline ( and I still have my allagan pieces figuring it will be used for currency of sorts in the future LOL).
