And this is when you see that someone din't read at all. My post even says that i will probably play for a long time. And you are a fool if you think that subs don't matter at all. There's a reason for the other topic to have so many posts, it's not a small issue many people are not happy with this and if your costumers are not happy then you have a problem.

And your post shows you not understanding as well. You say that other topic has "so many posts" but in reality it's a very tiny fraction of the playerbase. People like to think that because they have an issue with something, and a small handful of people have posted they agree, that they are a significant number of people.

Now if you have PROOF that a significant chunk have a problem with it, that's something else.

Also, you cannot please all your customers, ever. Not in this field. There will ALWAYS be someone unhappy, and you just cannot cater to every single whim every single player has.

I would have been alot happier with the fate grind if I could do it on a class that needed xp, over a week farming atmas, that time would of got my smn to 50 of only the atmas dropped on any class once unlocked...

I really don't have to much of a problem with this I'll try and farm for a hour or two and move on if nothing drops from it. I manage my time I have and treat this like I do with other mmo's as a game I put down the controller and do something else. Every gamer is different on how they play I don't treat any game as a second job when I get off my actual job I log in for some down time and I put down the controller because I know the game will be their tomorrow to try again later.

The problem is, once one battle is won another will start.

SE can remove all-and-any RNG, that would be great in a lot of people's eyes.
The next step would be complaining that the new non-RNG way takes too long.
This leads to the removal of caps and shorter/easier quests.
This leads to getting weapons/armor in a very short time. (Week>)
This leads to people getting bored at a faster rate and quitting.

Even if SE removed every aspect of RNG in the game tomorrow, there would be a thread Sunday
about "the new relic quest takes too long, it's too many bosses to kill" or something to that affect.

tl;dr there is no perfect solution and never will be. Satisfaction is impossible.

If you're playing something that is making you unhappy, why are you still playing?

If the game is making you question yourself why are you still playing... then the game is making it wrong.... And that's what's happening to many people i know. I play because i have hope in the devs learning from their mistakes and i play for fun/challenge so the RNG pisses me off but wont make me quit the game. But that's me.

The game is wrong for you, not everyone else. I personally have no problems with anything they've implemented in game, aside from not being able to send a /tell in instances.

All you are doing is standing on a soap-box and broadcasting your negative opinions about a topic that already has a dedicated thread. If you really don't like how the mechanics of this game work (RNG), you should seriously play something else until your concerns are addressed.

I play this game everyday and i'm yet to find a single player ingame telling me that they enjoy the current state of the relic quest and the mirror drop rates from leviathan. That should tell you something. This happened with the housing prices and they had to change it.

And how many have you found complaining about it, real numbers mind you.

It's well known that most people who have no issue with something, don't speak up about it. It's the ones who dislike it who are vocal. You also have to look in between, not everyone has to love it OR hate it. There are likely plenty who don't care either way.

Personally I enjoy the nature of the quest because it weeds out people like yourself. Fewer people obtain the weapon, means if I'm one of those fewer people, I enjoy said weapon more. Amirite?

I'm at over 200+ kills on Leviathan. I have not seen one single goddamn mirror drop. I have in total seen 3 people with the Tidal weapons. How much do I play? Much. Too much.
