It's unusual to see female characters that look like existing FF characters, whether by design or by accident. I've seen no end of Cloud-clones, though, usually with a name like Cloude Stryfe or similar xD
I did accidentally make my Hyur look a bit like Minfilia, though.

To me, the worst FF ever was the original FF for the NES. My favorite FF hands down is 8. In fact, 8 is the final fantasy that brought me to the genre.
