Would allowing BLM to cast while moving break the job?

I have been wanting a MMO with caster's that could move for a very long time. Someone to break outta the box. I might actually play my BLM again if they made it so you could move while casting. And your right, WHM, SCH, and BLM have it the hardest in terms of end-game content. (ex. Titan HM/EX) If you can't dodge and still do your job your either kicked from the group or dead anyways.
