I think the crafted belt is the main one to consider. It can cap all secondary stats including accuracy.
This is a perfectly melded one for example:
STR 13
SS 16
CRT 16
ACC 16
DET 11
however it requires 4x tier IV melds with only 1 of them being guaranteed and a tier II last.

To make it alot cheaper you can meld it with 2x tier IV 2x tier III and a tier II det which is what I have done giving:
STR 13
SS 16
CRT 15
ACC 15
DET 11
