You are incorrect on all three counts. Common sense & an understanding of PC's & Macs has kept me hacked free. Everyone's worry here is just hyperbole. So, meh.

It's not simple with login to the account with the PC if only a PS4 is registered to the account. The hacker need to register first a PC version to the account so he can login from his PC into the game with the stolen account.
That reply simply proves it. Here kids: read & stay safe. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_safety

Again... It's cute that you believe that all that is 100% effective. (Hint: you can do everything they mention and still get hacked. We know this because yet again... IT HAS HAPPENED)That reply simply proves it. Here kids: read & stay safe. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_safety

Believe that if you will. I try to keep everything safe and secure, but one day my Gmail was hacked. Better safe than sorry. Use the token.
Don't feed the 'troll', guys. He sounds like an insecure guy that needs to brag about how Totally Intelligent™ he is on an internet forum to feel good about himself. That or he's 13 years old. Either way, it's a waste of your time.
@OP: I recommend ignoring the debates because everyone is going to have an opinion. Stick to the facts and decide whether or not it's worth it for you.
Few reasons you might want a security token:
- You may log in from an infected PC that could compromise your account. If you're confident that it won't happen, then feel free not to use your token.
- People you know or otherwise have access to your things could hijack your account, although they would not be able to do this if they didn't have your security token.
- Sometimes you get phishing emails that look official, telling you that your account has been hacked and you need to reset your password - if you do so, the sender will have your username and password.
I love how disagreeing with the "you never know" fears gets one called a troll, etc. Oh well, that is the internet after all.
That's just rude.
