Sorry but... Why do you need Piety if you don't raid anyway? For the None-Raid Content you don't need that much mana, are you sure you aren't doing something wrong like not holding Shroud of Saints on cd?

True, and I agree...however....I dont always run with my FC/LS friends. Sometimes I pop in DF on my own and who knows what the heck I will get. I have had DF runs where, even with SoS popping and DS, I have to manage very carefully - esp if they ask me to be DPSing also. And I know its the team, cos I run the same instance with my usual friend and I got no MP probs.
At the momment I am working with a WAR friend who is painful to heal (badly geared and not so quick on the dodge or buffs), and I suffer sometimes on Mana (esp cos he lose hate to DPS and I am curing them just as much as him)....but I'm doing it to help him gear up and learn...also helping me hone my skills, I guess
But, I digress...
Yes, Agree, SoS and DS should mitigate any Mana probs - even those of the chunck of Piety we are loosing on Daystar
If you read what I said you will know that I dont raid now but I plan on doing it, cause raiding isnt something like PVP, something that you can just ignore and live without it, sooner or later you'll need to raid if you want to progress in the story mode, so Ill start doing it once I get my full daystar set.

This is actually why I won't be upgrading many of my slots to daystar, even sans High Allagan drops...
This is a little worrying since i91+ PF groups are already appearing, but as long as I can run most stuff with my FC, that's OK...
With the passive regen that comes from >5k MP and following all the MP management guidelines for WHM, it's very very rare for me to run into MP issues...
