I took a look at the endgame gears and noticed that the Daystar body was flat out terrible for WHM. That and there's no room to choose Spell Speed or Determination. To get the PIE a WHM needs you'll have to get a mixture of both.

This is probably the best I could come up with trying to make due with as much PIE as I could get with as little crit as I could get.
