All WHM I've ran with, and even running on my own WHM, report misses on every attack. On every turn... It may be that 341 accuracy give you like 5% (or something ridiculously low) chance to hit.. 435 accuracy is obviously for 100% hit chance.. But I suppose you could occasionally hit something with the minimum.

5% is waaaaay too low. I'd guesstimate the real chance of hitting to be about 75% with 341 on T4, though I've no solid evidence to support that number.
