Ahoy.
Took the liberty of adjusting your setup a little. Not much, just adjusted some of the accessories.
My setup has more Acc (518 vs 493), Crit (497 vs 483), same Det and a little less SS (389 vs 427).
According to the posts I've seen on SCoB I think you would miss a lot in there with your setup.
My view.
Not that I'm doing Coil myself, but don't think I'm far off on this setup.
I didn't recall seeing any misses in my T9 attempts last night with 492, but my logs got cleared. When we go back in this week, I'll try and post the results I get at different levels as well as different positions (rear, flank, front, etc.).Ahoy.

Good to know that you can even do up to T9 as i think my acc is currently at 495 if i recall correctly
Do not know why I wrote "a lot" in my post, was not intentional and an overexaggeration.
And like I said, don't do Coil myself, only seen posts about acc in SCoB and most of them report miss when acc is under 500.
you will miss on the adds at t9 with 495 acc.
Yeah, we were working more on the mechanics of these then worrying about hit / miss. Now that we are comfortable with them, we'll be paying more attention to actual hit / miss. I should get a good range because right now I'm face tanking one, and then interrupting another where I should be on flank / rear, so hopefully will have a good starting point of data this evening.

well not sure about the new gear. Yesterday got my first sol piece the Weathered Auroral Tabard and my acc dropped.
With myth chest my acc was 495 now it is at 472. The piece does however have more dex and determination.
So, with 494 accuracy, I missed about 10 attacks on T9. This was when I had to attack from the front, but I didn't miss from the flank / rear. I would say our attempts averaged around 7 minutes, so had a good amount of data to work with. When I swapped out my chest for the myth one, I was at 518 accuracy and didn't miss, even from the front. This seems to line up with our tanks accuracy of 512 and not missing. I don't think 500+ is necessary right now, but I will note that this is not the entire fight, so this is subject to change. Looking at the math, I missed 10 attacks over 23 attempts, each lasting an average of 7 minutes. My theory is that it's not worth hitting 500+ accuracy to lose out on the stats gained from the soldiery chest. I don't have the data anymore, but tonight, I'll try and see what the DPS difference was between the two to see if my theory is correct, and I'll try to save off the data for those more versed in math to go over and see what they can come up with.
I missed once on the adds in Turn 9 at 500 accuracy.
My % chance to hit was > 99% at 500 accuracy with no more than 1 miss per attempt, over 17 recorded attempts where we encountered the golems and the dragons.
The only instances where I visibly confirmed the "Missed" flying text were frontal attacks on the golems.
I could not visibly confirm a miss on the dragons, but that is not to say I did not miss on them.
I did not miss on the boss in any of the wipes where we did not get to the adds at that accuracy.
I did not miss at all at 510 accuracy.
My assumption is that the adds have a higher cap than the boss .
The 100% cap for Bards on Turn 9 will probably be around the 501 to 504 mark.
I lack the itemisation to test within that range at the moment, so I plan to run Turn 9 at 500 accuracy until I register more than one miss in any attempt.
