90k'ed on server and instances

I currently cannot play the game. It started with instance lag on Hyperion, but now I get kicked out about every 5 minutes during peak hours. This has been getting progressively worse since last week -- in the 2-3 months before that, I haven't experienced any issues, and there hasn't been any changes on my end.

This is happening to me too.
During peak hours my character frezee and I cannot interact with any item, nor log out and stuff (duty finder frezees on "obtaining data" suggests no response from server, but I can chat and people can read me in the meanwhile).

Its getting worst day per day, now i have dc All The time, problem starts two days ago. I contact my isp and reset whole router settings, it dont solve The problem. Earlier i have no any issues.
