Just because we can technically glamour something to hide it doesn't mean we should point out when a piece of armor is very likely not functioning as it should (i.e. miqo'te tails). The presence of the glamour system is no excuse for shoddy armor modeling.
It's boring wearing the same old gear while everyone got their shiny i100s.
Or maybe SE shouldn't release any new armors, just palette swap old ones and slap on new ilevels. Because we have glamour.
That's gonna be my answer for everything that is wrong with ARR from now on: "Just glamour!" No matter how little sense it makes in context.

Spell speed > Crit. Not that the coat is bad. BLM BiS should be High allagan coat, even after upgrade.
I'm gonna glamour my Allagan coat.
I actually like how it looks aside from the tail. The tail alone made me glamour it right away because it just makes it look 100% more terrible.
My scholar FC mate got the daystar body and it looks sooo much nicer, though, IMO. I'm just a little tired of the cliche healer=white, blm/smn=black theme they keep doing. I'd love to see brighter colors on both BLM and SMN.
You can dye the gear when you upgrade it to i110 though, so that's something.
well technically smn specific is green and blm specific really isn't black, more darker blues/purples, allagan has black but as base fabric and was covered in other color leathers and embroidery so the black was the least dominant color. Scholar was greens and purples for job specific and had very little white anywhere. Plus CT mage gear was bright red and the healer was dripping in gold so.....
