if the fc gets a gil refund for the house it could be tolerable , if losing house without refund its unacceptable for me

That's why I said if it needs to be 35 days fine, But they can give the Free Company leader a Land Deed and a Building Permit for the same size land they owned. Yeah you are going to lose Furnishing but it has to be better than losing everything.
I think quite a lot of the house-owning FCs are like that. FCs that already have houses seem to fall into three main groups - top-ranked FCs where the big house is just another expression of their pride and prestige, FCs with a very rich leader and small, tight-knit FCs where the members liked and trusted each other enough to pool resources. Most other FCs are still having issues getting funds together because their members would rather save for personal housing first.
Even that would kinda suck, we've got one of the Limsa beach-front houses and we pushed hard to get it. They're all sold on Leviathan now, there'd be no replacing it.
If an entire FC roster can't be bothered to have a single character come online in over a month then yeah, the house needs to go and the plot needs to be opened up for others. At that point either your FC has called it a day and moved on or you're running a personal fiefdom and frankly shouldn't be clogging up a system designed for groups.
of course the whole plan sucks, but if you get a gil refund you can atleast buy a new house , if you lose everything is a slap into your face and all people who contributed all their gil for the insanely overpriced houses, things like this lose subscribers
If it was player-owned housing, I'd say a longer time period. But for an FC house? 35 days of NOBODY in your FC accessing it seems just fine. If nobody in your FC can be bothered to play in 35 days or even look at the house, you don't need it. There are plenty of other FCs that would love to have the space and help make the neighborhood not be empty.
We paid the gil and time into that house. SE should not be able to take it from us.
I mean, in my FC only a few people are actively in that house due to other things to do like end game and leveling. So lets say the active people take a break. Suddenly its a chore to make sure we don't lose our houses.
I mean, I say make it to where if the FC itself isn't active for 35 days, then to forfeit the house. That way you know for sure the FC is dead instead of they just aren't in the house all the time.
So.. I just recently started actively posting in forums.....
