    if the fc gets a gil refund for the house it could be tolerable , if losing house without refund its unacceptable for me

    That's why I said if it needs to be 35 days fine, But they can give the Free Company leader a Land Deed and a Building Permit for the same size land they owned. Yeah you are going to lose Furnishing but it has to be better than losing everything.
