When do you usually weave in B4B in the rotation?

Silly question: Does anyone know which of the new dungeons drops fistfighter's gloves? I've done Brayflox (for obvious reasons) about 150+ times and not seen them there. I'm guessing Halatali or Lost City but some confirmation before I grind my face off for glamour would be nice.
I THINK I saw them in Halatali HM after killing the 2nd boss, but don't quote me on that. I guess you too have fallen in love with the "high society" look the chest piece gave?Silly question: Does anyone know which of the new dungeons drops fistfighter's gloves? Pretty sure it is like the old i60 set from the hard modes, any can drop it.
Hoping someone in here can give me some advice on MNK.
We've been having trouble with the last 40% of Raflessia in 2nd Turn 1 with not being able to burn it down quick enough. As a DRG I'm pushing the region of 280+ DPS on the fight, but I'm seeing our MNK is hitting quite low, around 240+. Just wondering if anyone can advise what sort of numbers they're getting, I know theres a bit of running around so I can't honestly say I know how that impacts a MNK. Our MNK has near BiS from last update, including Allagan weapon.
I was also wondering if that level of DPS is quite low, could anyone advise what sort of rotation they should be using.
I know the "burn" strat isn't the only way to do it, but when we're coming so close to beating it by that and I'm seeing quite low damage from someone who I believe should be equal if not better than me, it is a bit annoying.
I don't really want to be that guy that just calls people bad and kicks them from the group, so I'm trying to help a bit.
Thanks!
Unless melee get very unlucky with being linked together you should actually be both pushing over 320 DPS in 2,1 BiS gear, make sure you are both using X Potions of str HQ and proper food, and check your rotations and make sure you can keep as much uptime as possible if you are going for the burn strat. Also if you have proper raid dps you should easily be able to skip the 2nd application of honey and go into the last phase with the boss only having 1 stack, give it a week or two and I wouldn't be suprised if you could push the boss into the last phase without any stacks,Hoping someone in here can give me some advice on MNK.

Good luck!
I usually hold over 300 myself, can't say I've sat at 320 though, but I haven't been using X Potions yet, still on Mega Potions, during phase 2 it usually drops to around 280-300 with the stopping completely, still haven't got the timing particularly well to attack to the last second so I stop straight away. But anyway, I wasn't too worried about my own damage on DRG. Do you have any advice on rotations and such for a MNK then so I can hopefully give our them some pointers on improving their damage.
Well off the top of my head, if he gets devour and runs into a patch with a bulb he can keep his stacks up on the bulb that is growing before shoulder tackle back out to the boss, Can't really give advice on rotaton as at this point I think if your doing it wrong you should probably look to change class, specially as you say he has BiS 2.1 gear, So I assume he kinda knows what he is doing anyway. Hard to give pointers, I will have work in like 5m, so I will think of some tips and get back to you, maybe others can help in mean time ^^
The difference between 29x and 31x DPS is whether or not your group holds DPS for certain phase transitions.
In our group, my friend says that the Monk and I both end the parse in the 290-300 range, but we hold DPS on the first transition for ... 20 seconds? Maybe 25 seconds. It's actually annoying as hell but it stabilizes a few other aspects of the fight.
Edit:
In terms of Monk basics, it's relatively simple overall:
1. Maintain Demolish 24x7 (generally every third cycle).
2. Maintain DK+Twin 24x7 (generally every second cycle).
3. Maintain Touch of Death 24x7 (dynamic).
4. Use Snap if Demolish is already up.
5. Use BS+True when DK+Twin are not a factor.
Spam oGCDs (Steel Peak, Howling Fist) where relevant. Try to sync HF with multiple targets. If not, don't hold it.
That's how to play a Monk in a nutshell.
T6 doesn't even really have any special DPS optimizations. Basically a 24x7 single target burn. Only note is that it helps to start the hornets with Demolish, in terms of min/maxing DPS, but that is extremely minor.
Edit:
Oh, and make sure none of his on-GCD attack abilities (DK, Twin, SP, BS, True, Dem, ToD) are in any sort of macro anywhere. The end.
