Speaking of Atma Quest, can the quest be made trackable? I find it ineffective for how it has to be kept with tracking what Atmas you have completed.

Can be done, just like animus books make one for Atma's. That book UI and idea is nice and you only get to see them after clearing the atma part and purchasing your first book, that UI alone made me happy that this game has much more possibility for future contents, ways to show new stuff like this. I was thinking due to the PS3 memory limitations they can't do much more on the UI but left enough memory to put in these stuff and that was surprising.
