Some suggestions, mostly quality of life, obvious things

The one quality of life thing I wish they would put in is being able to mail your other characters
When I chose my plan I chose option to have more characters yet none of then can interact
To send items to them I either need to mail to friends and ask them to trade them to other character or put in FC chest which as a newer member I wouldn't dare ask to do.
Oh also a repair ALL option

I agree, this is the most vitally needed enhancement, especially since SE is already charging us extra money for it. There's no excuse for why we can't interact with our own alts, at least through the mail. (Their excuse for why we can't mail to other players without friending them first is protection against RMT, but that concern doesn't apply to our own alts, so the rule shouldn't apply to them either.)

I'd say that the addition of a paid service for additional retainers was probably the nail in the coffin of EVER seeing interaction with alts becoming a thing. Whatever your intentions are personally for interacting with your alts, the fact is the vast majority of folks would use that interactivity to use alts as mules to hold items and sell goods. Even folks that legitimately treat an alt as a seperate character that they level up and explore content with, they'll probably still use OTHER alts to sell goods and store items. Admittedly, alts can STILL be used to store items and sell goods - but it's currently awkward to do since you need the cooperation of another player to transfer goods and funds between your main and your alt.

If SE is charging money for retainers, it means that they hope for people to pay for the service, and if alts are available that can serve the same function, that revenue goes right out the window.
