PS4/PC gamepad (maybe) situational awareness hotbars and a nifty SMN macro

already do something like this. Did not know about the hot bar copy command. don't really understand the point of it.

It is more of a SMN thing, so we can show one hotbar depending on our current summon. Not have Ifrit's icons showing when we are using Garuda, etc.
