PS4/PC gamepad (maybe) situational awareness hotbars and a nifty SMN macro

It is more of a SMN thing, so we can show one hotbar depending on our current summon. Not have Ifrit's icons showing when we are using Garuda, etc.

You can also use /chotbar change or /hotbar change to do the same thing, without having to constantly copy hotbars.

I mean, it's not exactly the same, but it's another tool that is more useful in some instances.
