I think SE figured people would understand that the name itself is implication enough of the use. There really shouldn't be a need for them to explicitly say what something called "Party Finder" is meant for, especially when you consider the options for activities you have available to select. Advertisement of services for things that are not part of the feature itself is misuse, harmless or not. At that point, it becomes a question of how abused (and disruptive) it becomes to determine whether or not GMs/SE need to step in. Imagine RMT spamming the party finder lol. They'd simply be using the resources available to them afterall. Yeah, you could filter, but I don't think anyone wants things to get to that point. A few people advertising things isn't a problem at all, and I doubt SE will do anything. But if it gets out of hand... you can bet that they'll have to step in. I doubt legit players would end up getting things to that point though.
