huh? people advertise stuff in the pf all the time. FC's recruiting, Statics trying to get replacements before their next run night, people selling primals. Hell sometimes people put crazy stuff in just cuz they are bored an wanna make people laugh.

To those thinking I'm complaining about people, you didn't get my point at all. I'm complaining about about the lack of option for people to advertise besides shouting and the lack of order by allowing them to use a feature meant to find party for other purposes.
It is a major issue? Of course not (not yet).

Should I make a post about dungeons lag? That would make people laugh for sure... as if they don't know there's a problem with that. I prefer to post about something that maybe they didn't notice.

You should have mentioned that in your first post. You reporting the person doesn't help your case much. How about start your thread saying SE should implement a feature like Party Finder for crafters? Explaining how if crafters continue to post of PF, it will be cluttered with non party finder groups.

I'm not seeing an issue, people do it all the time on my server, props to them for doing it, as most of the people doing it leave space open for people to join their party to trade, so they aren't actually using the system wrong at all.

As far as having a different/better way to advertise, that is debatable, as it should be in a place that is easily seen and regularly checked, if it was on say, a board only in cities, people probably wouldn't check them very often, but with the PF, people are always checking it.

SE could bring an public annoncement board ingame so people can write their stuff outside of the PF.

That would be great, not just because of the PF but it would be more easy for me to find a crafter when none of my guildmates are available in the moment and i need something done asap.
