This is why parsers are needed by anyone who plays this game at any level of intensity. I understand and agree that sometimes it's abused and a catalyst for toxic behavior but it's no difference than people who berate tanks and healers when they fail at their job.

Punish toxic behavior, not parsers.

At your level of intensity, you shouldn't need a parser to watch what is going on... As a tank, you should be able to watch what is going on around you. And while it is much easier to see a bad tank or healer, it really isn't difficult to find a player lacking in skill.
