I know the feeling. My mother plays and she's 65. Her reflexes (both mental and physical) have slowed. She does the best she can but I think she may have hit her limit with story mode Garuda. She's just not fast enough to take out the plumes. And after the way one tank behaved when we kept wiping, she's refusing to do anymore dungeons unless it's a FC group since they are very understanding and willing to work twice as hard to make up for her slow reflexes.

No more cast bars for Bard! Thank you, Yoshi-P! All hail our lord and savior!

My mom plays some of my online games with me (she's 57) and she has the same issues. She doesn't like people yelling at her when she can't react fast enough so sometimes she refuses to do the high level content unless it's just me and her.

I've learned to be very tolerant of others when it comes to pugging dungeons and raids.

In the world we live in now where it is better and socially acceptable to tread someone underfoot to get somewhere is common I seriously doubt that this will convince anyone for even a second.

Where rudeness is commonplace and the word "thank you" is all but dead.
It has never been socially acceptable to belittle someone. I think most people feel it's easier to ignore someone who is being bullied rather than go out of their way to stand up for that person.
