wow alot of votes so far and at this point it is still dead even. the only problem is alot are voting to remove it and have no clue of why it's being removed other than a hope or quoting reasons for the change that have nothing to do with it at all. hate management and mp costs have nothing to do with toggle being removed so it is just another change for the sake of change.

Exactly why SE can't win with this communitywow alot of votes so far and at this point it is still dead even. the only problem is alot are voting to remove it and have no clue of why it's being removed other than a hope or quoting reasons for the change that have nothing to do with it at all. hate management and mp costs have nothing to do with toggle being removed so it is just another change for the sake of change.
Remove AoE toggle and additional actions aoe specific. I posted this since beta and I doesn't change my mind.
Although I must admit tht current system have it's own feeling, pressing another god damn button to cast aoe is not fun.
Its funny, I don't seem to have a Z on my controller.
That being said, I don't mind the toggle one bit, but I think separate spells, if spaced out (not just given at the same time as the single target ones) like in FFXI, would offer more "upgrade" opportunities (or things to spend guild marks on).
Devilsjester, i believe its assigned to one of the buttons by default, if not you can assign it to a button if yo wish

You can AoE toggle with a controller. In my setup it's button 4, which is △ button in PS controllers. Its funny, I don't seem to have a Z on my controller.

it's whatever button you use on your controller to open your macros. z is the default on the keyboard. Its funny, I don't seem to have a Z on my controller.

Even if the poll atm is fairly even, SE has already decided to remove it in the future. it means they have something better planned for AoE. I dont like having to press one extra button before casting each time I need to cast... every single time ...
