Hello fellow FFXIV players! Yoshi-P here with some exciting news. We will be revamping the FATE system completely with a new dynamic system for open world content. We'll also be changing the way Atma crystals drop so there will be no luck based systems in place for the new Relic!

Hello all, Yoshi-P here!

I decided to address the number of threads people have made asking for various changes to the game, as well as to clear up something I imagine many people have suspected about me!

First off, no, we will NOT be changing the manner in which Atmas are gained. For basically the entirety of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, players have been requesting more Open World content, and many have even pointed to Final Fantasy XI. Well, after sampling that game, myself and the Development team decided FATE grinding for Atmas to upgrade your Zodiac weapon was the best option.

Second off, yes, I do in fact drink the tears of every player who comes to the forums to complain. They are quite delicious~.

Anyway, I figure perhaps I should give at least a BIT of good news, so sometime between now and the expansion, we will be adding in three new classes (Two of which we've already hinted at so far), and five new jobs (It might become six, we're still working on that last one). Please look forward to it!

I'd like to take this time to apologize to the world, it would appear my cloning machine backfired and instead turned everyone into me. I am not even sure if this is the real me or a clone.

While this done come as a shock we do have some very exciting news to announce. Since the amount of Yoshida's has increased exponentially we will be releasing version 100.0 tomorrow. That's right you heard it here first the game in it's whole entirety will be complete from start to finish, but that doesn't mean we don't have more planned in store. You want you it you got it and since if I go into detail over all the additions being added within the 30GB update next week I will just list it here and leave it for the Yoshida's of the world to know what each and every concept is.

-All continents of hydaelyn turned into zones and space exploration!
-100 new classes with 400 new jobs, 10 new gathering professions and 20 new crafts!

Hello to all the FFXIV Players out there.

I come to address a few important issues due to recent complaints about the game. Tomorrow starting April 1st in America, server space will be dropped for all servers to prevent lag until a better solution can be made. We want everyone to enjoy the game to the fullest so less people on a server at once will help prevent the lag.

Another issue brought up is Myth Tomes drops are "really low" according to players, so to help these concerns we will be raising the drop count by 100 Myth Tomes for every dungeon.

Finally the winner of this contest will get a free Soldiery Armor set for class that shows as their Main Class on the forums.

I couldn't go another day without writing to my fellow FFXIV players, I've literally been everywhere doing everything for everyone every time I gotta, promoting ALL THE THINGS. After going through my favorite thread in the dev forums, "Buttless in Lominsa", I began to realize that we made a grave mistake in reducing the voluptuousness of the people of Eorzea. We will now be implementing the quest-line, "A Buttocks Reborn" to remedy the problem! With the introduction of "A Buttocks Reborn", the adventurers of Eorzea will gain the opportunity to obtain the illustrious "Hydaelyn Crystal Subligar" which, through myriad trials which involve hours of FATEful encounters with your favorite monsters, fills you out with the power of the crystal! Each race will be required to eat different foods to promote healthy weight gain!
