    once the overhaul is done and content can become the MAIN focus i bet we do get a nice long term plan

    but when you gotta do a ton of other stuff in between, and thus killing any timeline you can promise, you tend to not do so

    Well yeah, I wouldn't want a timeline promised that they can't keep. But the last letter was a nice touch, certainly wasn't vauge with what's coming up.

    and yet so many people complained....(about what was in the pictures without actualy reading the description, which made their complaints like really really dumb)
