It definitely seems as though it is SE's policy not to entertain discussions with banned players. As far as they are concerned it seems as though a ban is the end of all discussions.

Yet the ban wasn't issued by a person but rather a program that banned anyone over a certain amount of gil, he was banned around the same time all those why am i banned threads that were popping up months ago. How does he know if this was a intentional ban, or a mistake? Unless he's able to call up about the report and they tell him about the investigation that the automated ban was in fact intentional on his part rather a mistake.

Why didn't they close my thread after the SGM responded? I sure wouldn't have made a 2nd thread, and would of taken the hint instead of keeping this thread alive in standing up to what i feel is right. Sure it would most likely send the wrong vibe to both me and mister, but it would of saved me 3 months of replying to this thread, and also save the time others like you are taking to reply. If i could i would put in a ticket myself and ask if nothing else can be done with his account, and if they can actually tell me they have investigated and can't do anything else as the ban is final, i would kindly ask that a moderator close this thread.

I'm just to much of a hopeful person who feels it's not over till they say so, and keeping silent isn't exactly an answer. Maybe i'm being childish, ignorant, or something else. Or both. Kind of hard to project my thoughts and emotions sometimes through text, but i hope i'm not confusing you >.< I just can't give up just yet when we know so little.
