Lack of tanks in the game

Making the Tank able to kick people from party without any worry of punishment, will be a great addon. DPS can be replaced fast. And being free of kicking bitching dps have to me more value than 50,000 tomestones.

So, if you're a bad/troll tank and DPS are bitching about it, lets kick them?
IMO, new tank-only mounts are enough reason to participate in low roulette as a tank (on top of instant queue and other things). For me, at least ^_^

Low-level roulette won't help you get those mounts.

As of patch 2.2, the following trials and raids will count toward achievements requiring the completion of high-level duties with a full party:

The Howling Eye (Extreme) / The Navel (Extreme) / The Bowl of Embers (Extreme) / The Whorl Eater (Extreme) / Thornmarch (Extreme) / The Binding Coil of Bahamut (excluding Turn 3) / The Second Coil of Bahamut

Bitching is bitching. If a tank need learn more its role, that is not a reason for bitching, cannot agree on the overall "omg bad tank /ragequit /bitchmode on /havefunoftankmode on" common behavior.

Surely cannot ask all people help tank on its role, but all the hate/bitching/trolling I had when I were learning to tank, were quite excessive and this alone, will makes a good reason for the lack of tanks.

Cannot count how many times after I said "hi! I'm new to tank this", were followed by a stoned silence, and then the dps having their discutible fun on taking away aggro on purpose to show all the party how I am bad as a tank.
