Can I download the new patch while servers are down?

Sure, I wrote this thread because I read somewhere in the forum that someone will be using this "extra time" to download the patch, which actually seemed quite odd to me - but I thought it was worth asking.

I don't mean to sound rude to anyone, I'm just confused. Can someone link to me where they said they'd be what time they'd be releasing 2.2. I've never seen this information. For me, the patch is done at the earliest hours of the 26th, so I wouldn't have time to download 2.2 while its going on (i'm pdt), but...maybe in different time zones, if they release 2.2 towards the end of this maintenance, people will have the time to download it, is what I think is going on. But I can't be sure unless I had some post that said the actual time they are releasing 2.2, not just date.

My apologies! I didn't want to sound rude too, lately i've started seeing lots of aggressive people and maybe I'm starting to act like them as well. Sorry.
Anyway, i had a hard time finding that post again, i believe that it was in a thread where they were talking about the 24h maintenance, it was opened just after the producer letter. It's not a big problem though, I'll just download it as soon as it becomes available - if I am home. Maybe being GMT+1 will help :-)
