The adventurer in need bonus is, and always has been, gil and seals.

The adventurer in need bonus varies depending on which roulette you choose. Low level has seals, same with guildhests.

We were discussing high level roulette, as per the OP asking if the myth was increased by 7 times.

Edit: Just double checked in game, bonus for high level roulette is just gil. Of course the high level roulette wouldn't have bonus exp, its for max level. Gods what was I thinking. Still, only low level and hests have seals for AiN.

Kittens: Secretly plotting your death(unlike bad tanks who openly plot their own death)
Curing Cancer: According to movies, future zombie apocalypse(bad tanks are a cancer and quit at an early level, a cancer we shouldn't cure cause it leads to a worse situation)
Ending world hunger: Just leads to more overpopulation and just makes the situation worse. A good idea in theory but disastrous in action. (Just like extra xp for bad tanks)

sadly this will not = more tanks or less queue times for any other role.(i see no harm in offering this..but the attempt will fail to improve anything mark my words)
bribing never works.
only thing that possibly could, is complete revamp of party setup for 8 and 24 man content.
design all future content for 1 tank, 2 healers an 5 dps.

wow tried bribing players as well and it never improved queue times for dd or healers...ever.

There are players who runs duty roulette as a source of income and these players would be inclined to run them as a tank for the increased gil rewards, hence more tanks in DF, shortening the queue time

Puppies are cute they don't say puppies. They grow into hair shedding, turd dropping, barking fools. Plus I'm allergic to them. No real man would be caught dead with cats. Plus they don't come to you when you call. Why cure cancer when you can slowly treat it and make money off the patients? No wants to end world hunger. Too many people on this planet anyway. Plus how am I suppose to feel good about myself when I send in 50 cents a month to help the starving children, especially after I just bought a PS4 and XBOne???

Can someone tell me where does it say that this is only for tanks? Because all i see is them saying that the role bonus will be increased, nowhere says it's just for the tank role.

People only say it because currently Tanks are always the role in need in the DR.
To be safe to have the correct role ready for the increased gil bonus I recommend to learn each 3 roles.
