The item level 115 weapons could be the zodiac relics.

During the demo of the Paladin Lion mount they showed the High Allagan sword and shield also naming them as such if I am not mistaken.

There was screen shot of them, it was shown many times actually. The Allagan tank gear is all over 2.2 video and so is the axe. In the live letter he also showed PLD shield and weapon.

Oh and they said that Soldiery Gear (Sol Gear) is at a less ilvl than Allagan this time around.

So they are introducing new gear with the following ilvls 90-95-100-110-115. This time however, there will be changes.

The new tomes are going to be at a lower level than T6-T9 but it seems there is more to it than that. Leviathan drop will be ilvl 100 but it seems he also drops something special that you turn into something else which Yoshida did not want to spoil.

So for now here is what we know, the new equipments are:

90- Creatable.
95- No idea, but maybe Ex Moogle.
100- Leviathan weapons & the new tomes gear.
110- Allagan Drops.
115- T9 Weapon drops.

From what I understand there is more to it than just numbers this time, lets hope for special stats ^^.

they didnt say they would add ilv95 stuff, they just said those are the ilv ranges of items.
C1 weps will still be the only ilv95 items, imo.
