    The mounts are for "tanks that have been tanking for a longer time" , which I think means lvl 50 tanks.

    To explain, there is still a lack of tanks both low (1 to 50) and high (50, endgame) level.
    The duty finder bonus for adventurers in need has been increased to something like 7x what it is now. The mounts are for tanks that are already high level. No idea how this works exactly.

    The bear is for warriors and the lion for Palladins.
    (ps: as you saw, the lion changes size with race)
