FIX THE LAG IN AURUM VALE! IT'S ANNOYING jesus christ -_-.
Server : Siren.
If this happens any longer I will just quit the game. So far reading around the forums, Mods are closing threads just because they think no one has said a word, means it's all better. NO IT ISN'T FIX or ANY BETTER.

If you are talking about threads in this forum, it's likely more because this is user to user support. If no one is contributing towards a solution anymore they may close it. Sometimes this can happen because it strays off topic and is no longer working towards any solution as well. The reason given is usually because there is no more posting about resolution from the players, which is what this forum is intended for. It was never intended for SE to use to support the users. It's explained in the sticky that so many appear to not have read.
The issues you guys are experiencing with instances really needs to be reported in the bug reports as requested in the thread about their investigation into these issues. They are supposedly actively monitoring that forum for details on issues with instanced content while they try to get things stabilized (again, by design, they would not typically be watching this forum). Links to some of their recent posts about the issue:
[NA] Issues Occurring After Patch 2.16 and the Addressing Thereof (Mar. 5) (announcement of their investigation, tells us to post details in bug report forum)
[NA] All Worlds Maintenance (Mar. 10) (first attempt to balance the loads for all servers)
[NA] North American/European Data Center Worlds Maintenance (Mar. 14) (2nd attempt to improve stability for all servers)
[NA] North American/European Data Center Worlds Maintenance (Mar. 20) (3rd attempt to improve stability for all servers)
Along the way, there have been notices about more focused attempts to address issues with specific data centers and servers. All of these notices have also been available in the Lodestone and thus also show up in our launchers as well.
If you are still having issues with instanced content after they p-erform a maintenance or otherwise post a notice about addressing an issue on your datacenter or server, please post them in the bug report forum as requested. This is one of your best chances of SE actually seeing it (or you could generate a ticket trough the support portal as well). Posting in here is simply not likely to get their attention... as this forum is intended to be used for users to assist users with problems and not for contacting SE for support or even to provide feedback (there are forums and submission options at the portal designated for feedback as well.. it's not supposed to be submitted here either). All you are basically doing is posting to the players in this forum. ( rules for Technical Support forum )
Actually, according to that post they're only asking for bug reports for two specific problems:[NA] Issues Occurring After Patch 2.16 and the Addressing Thereof (Mar. 5) (announcement of their investigation, tells us to post details in bug report forum)
That's the only mention of the 'bug report forum'.but if you experience a 1016 error and become unable to log back in even after waiting some time, or if an item should inexplicably become lost, we ask that you please contact the in-game support desk or go to the Bug Reports section of the official forums, and submit details there.
I'm getting neither so it seems they don't want to know.

I thought this was just my internet, till i ran a speedtest and nothing was wrong. i tried healing myself 3 times and it took 10 seconds for them to actually go off. it only seems to be this bad in AV though
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil for the shadow is my own.

Maybe you're missing the point?
In that notice, they announced they were aware of stability issues and that they were investigating them. As part of that investigation, they are actively monitoring the bug reports forum specifically--not tech support, not General... but they were looking for posts about the issue to appear in the bug reports forum. Now, couple this with the forum rules I previously linked to for this forum, which clearly states that this forum s for user-to-user support... in other words, this is not the place to be requesting support from SE.
If you want to address SE on this stability issue, you need to be contacting them where they are actively monitoring, correct? Well, they clearly are not monitoring this forum with the intention of providing direct responses/support here. They are however actively monitoring other forums in such a way... like the bug reports forum.
You simple have a better chance of making SE aware of your issues somewhere else... like bug report, general, or an actual support ticket through the portal. This forum simply is not the best place to post in if you hope to get a response from SE--be that corrective action or an actual post from them. Aside from heavy moderation in reported threads, the last time we had any interaction from them here was back before Christmas of 2013. But they have been interacting with us regularly via both the General and the Bug Report forums.
Therefore... if you need SE to intervene, you need to be seeking help elsewhere. But, if you think the players can assist you then this is the right place to start.
Oh, and they announced they are implementing big changes to the instance system with the 2.2 patch next week. It will have extended downtime for this update, as they are planning to run some verifications prior to bringing things back up:
[NA] All Worlds Maintenance (Mar. 26-27)
