Nothing in the preview says that the upgrade is for the level 50 quest tool and not the luminary. You might be able to only upgrade the luminary, or you could upgrade both and the luminary upgrade could be actually better than the regular. Complaining about what you think might happen because some other player implied it is dumb.

Doesn't specify anything. Could be better, could be the same or worse (vanity is in the patch, and there shouldn't be a reason crafters can't use it too)After completing the quest "Just Tooling Around," players can speak with Talan in Revenant's Toll (X:22, Y:6) to receive a new main hand tool in exchange for goods crafted or materials gathered.
