My first attempt with using the "JP" triangle strategy for Garuda Ex!

in all the times I have healed garuda x I have never seen a tank die. the importance of double WW is greatly overstated. the wipes are caused by people that can't kill the sisters in time(bad dps), or a spiny explosion because I don't know, I'm not a tank. sometimes the mt tanks garuda+suprana for the entire phase and it's still no big deal, because chirada will usually die very quickly.

and the concept of 'overgeared'... garuda drops ilevel 90 rings. people being ilevel 80 is not overgeared when you consider the level of her drop. In fact it strikes me as quite a normal ilevel for her since you will have done ct and ultima and moved on to the next tier of gear.

garuda EX requires a minimum item level of 65. (typical) player-recommended item level i have seen is 75.

double wicked wheel hits for as much damage as a single death sentence, unmitigated it can one-shot tanks (regardless of item level) and will always one-shot dps (reducing the current dps...and possibly causing a wipe). the ultimate goal of the extreme primals is to kill them all and be rewarded with a single item level 90 weapon, an equivalent you can acquire from two weeks of myth tome grinding. a single item level 90 ring can be acquired in less than one week of myth tome grinding, or rng in coil for most classes pre-turn 5.
