Need more info about transferring a character.

My brother created a character under my account . I was wondering if he bought the game, will he be able to transfer the character over to his own account? I've looked through the mog service website but there's no info about character transfer from one account to another.

Unfortunately, from what I understand it is impossible to transfer a character from one account to another, so your brother would have to create a new character on his own account if he bought the game I'm sorry to say.
