    DPS of all classes who blatantly ignore fight mechanics
    This why so many CT battles seem to fail.



    It's also noticeable when a DPS is lacking or when someone (DPS or Healer) is under-geared.

    I take it that you are either a tank, or you just ignored the fact that tanks too can be under-geared. Try running a Stone Vigil for example with a tank that has lvl 20 dps gear. Thats not only noticeable, it's also fairly impossible. With undet geared dps, it's noticeable cause it just takes a bit longer to kill everything.
