    Yes Titan (and Ifrit) enrage. Titan enrages after two complete last phase rotations, dunno whether Garuda also enrages after some number of rotations.

    Yeah, I've never seen Garuda enrage either. However, I have seen her use additional air barrages (or whatever they are called) from other cardinal directions besides the north in phase 1 when dps was fairly low, which generally causes a wipe because people don't expect it to happen :P
