    I'm fairly sure no one thinks it will be, but most of us are confused to what it'll actually do, because the description is not very well... descriptive, and it's described as you say, a one time free teleport, which would be a pointless veteran reward.

    The thread is just asking for more details and confirmation from a mod to what it actually does.

    In German it says:

    "Nutzen Spieler, die ein Teleport-Ticket besitzen, das Ätherytennetz, wird der fällige Gil-Betrag nicht eingezogen. Stattdessen wird das Ticket verbraucht.
    ※ Dieser Gegenstand verschwindet nach Gebrauch."

    Stattdessen = instead

    So it basically says: If a player in possession of a ticket uses teleport, it takes the ticket instead of the gil.
