I mean its a nice gesture, but kida weak when coming at the heals of a flipping behemoth mount.

Free teleports forever makes more sense, but it kinda warps the balance of the game.

If it means anything, the original Japanese says:

転送網利用券を所持している状態でテレポを実行すると、ギルを消費せずにテレポできます。
※本アイテムは消費アイテムです。

Which translates to

"When teleporting while in possession of the aetheryte ticket, the teleport will not consume gil. *This item is a consumable item*"

Basically the same as the English version. The implication is that it's a one-use item, not something like a mount or minion item. Perhaps you'll get a stack of it or something.

YoshiP said that 1 year reward was going to be "special." Consumable item is worthless and is far from special. I think it's an item that give you a permanant trait that makes teleportation no longer cost any gil.

Free porting forever seems too good to be true. If it is free forever it's gotta have a timer tied to it.

I'm going to assume it's consumed in the same way a minion is consumed, once you use it on that char it's stuck to it forever.

You are all bringing this up, except none of the minions have the "this item is a consumable" note under their description. Everything is written in a way that leads to believe that the ticket is actually a one-time free travel.

At best, this might be like a once-per-day/week thing. But knowing SE, it will probably be a one-time use, cause SE logic.

They're not in the game yet, even if you have 360 days sub you won't get it until they patch it in, presumably 2.2
