    Because they can, if we were forced to fight it as lvl 35 to get the Elmo it would be more of an accomplishment.
    And i guess that's what ppl who vote for an 'level cap' want with the dungeons.

    More of an accomplishment to whom? You or them? I don't understand why other players need to dictate whether I feel accomplished or not.
