Maybe I've just had a long day, but I have no idea what you're trying to say here. Are you in favor of my idea? Hate it?

Basically, I see a lot of back and forth in this thread about level caps -- even some confusion about level caps vs level sync.
I say, why not have the best of both worlds, and make everyone happy?

People worried about level 50's steamrolling level 30 dungeons? Or twinking lowbies?
Make the monsters and difficulty scale to the highest level player who enters the dungeon.

People worried about their level 50's missing out on experiencing the level 30 dungeon?
Keep it uncapped and see #1.

People worried about level sync system forcing them to buy lowbie gear or nullifying the stats on their current gear?
Don't sync the players, sync the dungeon. See #1.

We already know that the dungeons are going to be hard for a full sized group of equal (to the dungeon) level players. So if the dungeon's monsters scaled to the highest level player, and someone brought along a level 50 into the level 30, it's not going to be possible for the 50 to solo it. And, again, a level 30 dungeon should only ever drop level ~30 loot.

Like this post if you agree with the statement below:
-Do you want Instanced Dungeons to be free for anyone who is over the minimum rank?
Is a question, not a statement. Just sayin'.

It's nice on paper but that exclude people from going to help their lower level friends. So really you are just making it more complicated by having the dungeon scale to the higher level. I replied the same thing earlier, not sure if it was to your post or someone else suggesting the same thing. But you don't need to be a wizard to see that your solution is worse than a cap or optional cap. People like me, or darkstarpoet1, would not be able to go help our lower level friend in his group of 30s, we wold need to bring him in a run with 3 other 50s and that would be just him leeching, he would not get a real experience out of it.

Cap or optional cap with greater rewards is the best compromise and do not exclude anyone.
