If I were going to be constantly afk, I would let the PT know before hand if they were up for it.
If i go afk one time for RR i don't expect to be kicked

In most of my experiences, people are pretty patient and wait a min or two for afkers to come back.

no I don't expect a pt whom I didn't forewarn to not kick me if i constantly go afk

but that's all i was saying. i understand going afk once and saying "hey gotta go to wc" or "brb daughter needs clean diaper". i've never seen anyone kicked for that nor would i vote along with the others to kick for that reason.

i do agree with having the kick feature as i remember before the feature was added at how you would have tanks mostly queue up for the dungeon and afk at the entrance with no possible way to clear the dungeon as there was no tanks. there was many times my titan egi had to be the main tank in castrum for example due to that. also many times there were people that would join just to run in and grab multiple mobs to try and cause a party wipe over and over and there was nothing the rest of the party could do other than report them.

like i said, yes, some are abusing the feature, but the majority are doing things the correct way and using it as intended.

If you're willing to leave a game because a group of folks thought you were afk and gave you das boot and your friend so upset over a kick that she was physically ill over it you both need to find a new hobby.

That said, the party kick system is perfect. If the group doesn't want you around, regardless of the reason, they have the right to remove you. An individual cannot do this, it requires the majority. If the majority wants you gone, you were the problem.

Not that I think SE bothers to do anything about it (there are more serious problems they just ignore just the same) but all you can do is report them. It IS against the rules to kick someone for reasons other than what is given in the Vote Kick feature, SE just need to enforce it.

Hint: No one (let me repeat it slowly so one of your brain cells will have time to catch it: NO...ONE) deserves this kind of abuse and harassment in a multiplayer video game.

I'd call on the OP to consider giving the game another chance and join a Free Company/Linkshell so there's no need to always rely on Duty Finder.

I'm entirely certain I'm not the only one that would rather be told I was scrubbing it up and to get good or get out than be told what a special little flower I am regardless of the fact that I've been hitting the wrong mob for several minutes while ignoring the pleas of my party to follow the marks.

I don't think people are saying bullying is ok (was there even proof of that?) but if you get kicked from a party for whatever reason yeah, it sucks (specially when you are a DPS and waited for like 1h in a roulette) but crying and vomiting on a toilet seat for that is a little too much? Maybe she had other problems and that was just a trigger? We can't know for sure tho, but to me reacting like that over a party kick IS too much and she might use the help of a professional.

Dry vomiting and in tears that is very sad and i feel very bad for her but vomiting just because ppl are rude in game i don't think she will make it very far
