Musketeer in Through the Maelstrom Patch or Huge Tease?

I think people are missing the obvious tease with that npc with ears/horns. She's wearing blue. And a mask. Blue mage confirmed!

Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of this character. From the sneak peeks that we are seing of patch 2.2, it sure seems like there are a lot of possibilites for a new race and class. It's either that, or they are introducing us to a new race/class in story first and plan to implement it into the game later?

I cannot wait for the news to be shared from the upcoming Live Letter!
