    Fire III Recast time - 2.43s
    I always thought re cast times for fire were longer in AF state?

    Nope, tried it just now to confirm. The recast time already ended while I'm still casting Fire III under AF3 buff.

    Fire spells cast at full cast time but cost higher MP when under Astral Fire. Blizzard Spells cast faster.

    Blizzard spells cast at full cast time under Umbral Ice. Fire spells cast faster.

    Recast times are governed by the GCD, or individual cooldowns for special skills, and are effected only by Spell Speed.
