thats fine for level 50s, they are guaranteed to have challenging content, but levels 30s? most of them will not have challenging content, unless they go out of their way to force it. the target is level 25-30.

As for dark poet, your level 21 friend probably wont be able to enter till he is is 25, he will also need more than just you, he will need to find 2 other people who are level 25 or higher, just to enter.
So what you have is a situation where, at the minimum requirement, they will have enough to actually win, although it may be difficult.
the absolute lowest way to get in the place is with 4 level 25s, who were designed to be able to complete this content, although it may be very challenging. Throwing your level 50 in, serves only the purpose of making it easy mode. you arent helping your friend who couldnt find people, you are only making the mission easy.

If they altered your level to 30, you would be helping your friend who couldnt get in, and at the same time maintaining challenge.

to the person who said they can use thier high level abilities even if scaled down, everyone can use high level abilities, thier effects are scaled down, and your total abilities are lower, so while you may give a small advantage, its the type of advantage that is already figured into all game content.

Well said, also having that small "advantage" should be sufficient to reward the fact that you got a higher level. So it can make a slightly easier run for you so your hard work for getting higher level is taken into account while still providing a challenge since you got limited actions you can use and you do not out-level the content.

These same people will never understand that rank has nothing to do with challenge. They're just the kinds of people who can only understand that 50 is greater than 30. They don't understand the point of a race in which all the cars are equal spec. It doesn't even register to them why people can't use rocket engines and nitro.

They probably would fare poorly in the R30 dungeon if it was capped at 30, which is why they reserve the right to take their R50's.

I just want to point out that Vedis and Monkey, you seem to be the only 2 here who are dead set on not putting a cap on things and you seem to think you are the majority. Even Monkey you said you would agree to an optional cap, but there still seem to be more people in favor of allowing a cap on dungeons, optional would be the best to please both side.

Even Richard said he would be pleased with a compromise. So why don't we all start fighting for the same thing instead or fighting each other, and if you are dead set against any kind of cap, you stated your point and there is no further use to recycle your (and ours) arguments. Can we just get a rep in here to tell us if there is plan for this, or if they can at least "look into it"?

Read again please. There are plenty of people who say they are happy with the way it has been announced.
