Forcing out a class/job just because of a "need" at that moment is never good



If they decided to wait & work on it more, it would of most certainly went out better but we'll never know

Scholar wasn't "forced out", it was leaked. They always had implementation in mind for launch/whenever Arcanist was gonna get its jobs but some artwork was uploaded (and found) before the actual announcement.

Because Through the Maelstrom is going to be centered on... the Maelstrom. And she's the Grand Company Leader? If they wanted to tease about Musketeer, it would've been more logical to show the Musketerrs' Guildmaster, Reyner.

Also she has had that gun ever since the Companies arrived in 1.0 days.
Her owning the same item she has had AND Used all this time means NOTHING.

If you want a class suggest it in a forum and let it be. This thread is 100% nonsense.

But honestly, I think that people are looking for anything new and exciting to do in FFXIV. Hence why people are jumping on the first thing and hoping desperately to be something new.

I would think we might (might!) get a new class/job with the expansion but even that is completely not based on anything else than the memory of Zilrat.
